SEAWING offers the services of field experts, directly collaborating with foreign partners. SEAWING places a strong emphasis on quality and reliability in all its services. This commitment ensures that projects are executed to the highest standards.

3.1. Upgrades, Retrofits & Overhauls

SEAWING experts help mooring systems last longer to maintain regulatory certifications.

SEAWING provides upgrade, retrofit, or overhaul of mooring systems and enhances older equipment to meet Client requirements. Options may include but are not limited to the followings:

  • Environmental control solutions improve older equipment by modernizing systems to worldwide industry standards
  • Complete overhauling improves system capabilities and parameters
  • Repairing or rebuilding services are available onsite or at a fabrication yard or shipyard, depending on Client requirements

3.2. Installation & Commissioning

SEAWING team of specialists has the worldwide experience necessary for fast and efficient installation, testing, and commissioning. Highly skilled team of SEAWING experts works in cooperation with Client operation and maintenance team to get the system in operation as safely and quickly as possible. Specialization of SEAWING is not limited to the followings:

  • Experienced installation and commissioning teams working in coordination with OEM and Client
  • On site and remote technical assistance in every aspect of the project execution
  • Dedicated commissioning personnel for different disciplines

3.3. Service & Maintenance Planning

Experienced experts of SEAWING can work in cooperation with the operation team of Client for the facility inspections and creating maintenance planning.

This inspection saves time and money by identifying future potential problems before they become significant issues, preventing any unplanned shutdowns. This will result in a detailed inspection report, including any required maintenance actions for implementation, and identification of actions to repair any part to extend the lifetime of mooring system. SEAWING also provides training to operation and maintenance teams of Client for easier and safer execution.

3.4. Spare & Replacement Parts

SEAWING’s On Field Services team can specify a recommended spare or a list of replacement parts to ensure the continual operation of mooring system. We provide the following value-added services:
