Turnkey solution: From Engineering to the Commissioning of First Tanker Loading Operations

What Makes Us Unique
Unlike traditional suppliers, Seawing combines deep engineering know-how with end-to-end project ownership. Our compact, agile structure ensures faster response times, closer client collaboration, and full-system delivery - not just the CALM buoy, but every critical interface,
above and below the surface. That’s the Seawing difference: precision, speed, and accountability.

Full-Scope Expertise
We design, engineer, and deliver
the entire mooring and offloading system — from seabed to surface. Our turnkey scope includes the design and installation of PLEM, subsea pipelines, floating and submarine hoses, and all associated components. Every element is managed in-house, ensuring system compatibility, performance reliability, and seamless integration offshore.

Advanced Technology

State-of-the-art Conception & Design
Seawing specialize in complex offshore terminal applications, ensuring structural integrity, hydrodynamic stability, and operational continuity across all phases. Our systems are engineered for long-term performance under variable load conditions and demanding environmental profiles. Our solutions are fit-for-purpose, offshore standards & class rules compliant, and future-ready.

Innovation – Shaping the future
Seawing R&D concept studies address the safe transfer of alternative cargoes such as ammonia and LPG via SPMs, incorporating:

  • Enhanced material selection for low thermal transmittance and corrosion resistance

  • Structural & mechanical specific redesign

  • Refrigeration cycle and valve system for vapor return

  • Fail-safe coupling and disconnect systems

  • Redundant shutdown protocols

  • Safety operational procedures and purging scenarios

These developments respond to the higher toxicity and flammability profiles of ammonia and LPG compared to conventional crude, requiring a fundamental shift in SPM design parameters.
